Hi! My name is Leah Williams. I am a NY/NJ-based video producer, social writer, comedy producer, and bookseller from Muncie, IN. I am currently the Video and Social Media Manager for TV Insider. I produce standup comedy around the New York Metro area; you can always see up-to-date show info on my link tree or my Instagram.

I have done social media copywriting under the Paramount umbrella for MTV, TRL, Logo TV and MTV News, as well as for OKCupid, various independent bookstores, individuals’ personal accounts and The Trevor Project as a volunteer. I ran the @TRL Twitter account and then the @MTV Instagram account. I also piloted the @MTV Tik Tok account. The @MTV Instagram following saw 3% growth in six months under my management, and I posted the most viewed IG story in Viacom history at date of posting. While at TRL, my team won a Shorty Award in 2019 for Best Use of IGTV for our series “60 Second Draw” (watch us talk about it here). I produced social video for MTV and TRL while at Paramount. I have extensive awards show-coverage experience. I have experience working with talent. As a bookseller, I have volunteered several years at the Harbor Springs Festival of the Book moderating panels and selling books. I love independent bookstores (especially Between the Covers and Little City Books), 1970’s movies, sad girl indie pop, Paddington Bear and comedy.
